Exchange
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange an item for a different size. Here's how it works:
Initiating an Exchange:
- You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at naqshwatches@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 8000301784. Please mention the reason for exchange and your preferred new size (if applicable).
Reverse Pickup (if available):
- In most cases, we'll arrange a reverse pickup for your return within 2-3 business days of your request. Please note that a nominal fee may apply for this service, which will be payable by you.
Verification and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition with all tags intact, we'll process your exchange request.
Exchange Shipment:
- Your replacement item will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-8 business days, though it may arrive sooner depending on your location.
Important Note:
Exchanges are final. Once an exchanged item is delivered, you will not be eligible for further exchanges or refunds on that order.
